ChicWorthy tracks 256 products from fashion, beauty. Every product page shows the price, availability and specs we could confirm, in the same layout, so you can compare without opening ten tabs.
Where the data comes from
Product names, prices, photos and availability are read from each brand's own online store by our crawler, which respects robots.txt, and refreshed regularly.
How specs are filled in
Specs are picked out of the product listing only where they are stated plainly. They can be incomplete; editors correct them over time.
How products are ranked
Our editorial view of the brand, how complete the listing is, whether it is in stock, and how often readers choose it. Nobody pays to rank.
What we don't do
We don't sell products, take payment for listings or rankings, or show ads. Product descriptions quoted on a page come from the brand and are marked as such.
Our crawler
Product data is collected by NicheSitesBot. It identifies itself in its user agent, follows robots.txt, reads only public product listings, and keeps only a few requests to a site open at a time. Store owners who want it to stop, or want a listing corrected, can write to [email protected].
